the grounds were so beautiful it seems otherworldly. the shuttle bus was there just when I need it, it always felt very kind. the restaurants offered dishes that i loved, a highlight of my days.
the pool didn't had enough umbrellas, this made it difficult to spend long hours there. i wished there was more assistance provided for the bugs we found. i found some items in the bathroom was broken like the towel rack.

the apartment was spacious enough and had all the amenities advertised. its location was pretty close to both the restaurants and the golf course.
during my stay, i found a leak in the bathroom. i requested several times for it to be fixed. my partner even got a splinter in his foot from the lifting floorboards. management didn't engage with me after i explained the issue, nor did they offer any follow-up or resolution.

resort shuttlehouse bathroomworn mattress
the resort shuttle was acceptable. it provided transportation around the hotel when i didn't feel like walking.
the house bathroom was in poor condition. i saw rust and signs that it needed updating. also, the bedrooms were nothing special, and the mattresses seemed worn, showing too much use.

the apartment was fully equipped. the reception staff was helpful. the shuttle bus service was excellent (it really made getting around easy).
the bathroom looked very tired. the bedroom faced the main road and lacked privacy when the blackout curtains were open. mixing couples and groups of golfers in the same block was poor planning. the noise at all hours was quite disruptive.
